While browsing through "Survey Review"'s online content, I came
across April 2007's contents, which included

> Obituary: B.R. Bowring.
> 177-177

Anyone know anything more? Any local obit (I believe he was
living in the UK)?
He was well known within the geodesy/surveying ranks.

Anonymous,

I browsed the indexes of the "Survey Review". I have long wanted to have
a collection of the works of T. Vincenty and saw that many of his papers
were included. Is there any place that the actual articles, as opposed
to just the abstracts, of the SR are posted?

Any enlightenment will be appreciated!

The Survey Review obituary is repeated here, on pg. 16 (the last
page):
