Segments alignment

Hello everyone!
This is the situation:
I have two lines; one representing streets and another one
representing transports.
Of course, transport lines have to match street lines, but they're not
correctly aligned nor they have all the vertices they would need.

Is there any automated solution for this?

We're using JUMP, but any open source software would do.
