job description: responsible for owning and managing bids related
activities independently.Is expected to coordinate bid development
activity with internal & external teams including delivery, sales,
corporate communication & external vendors / partners and own complete
lifecycle of bids and proposals - commercial and technical.
responsibilities include validating the technical solution &
architecture, methodology, bill of material, etc., provided by the
delivery teams. Should also be capable of validating the effort
estimation and team structure (especially SW related bids) proposed by
the delivery team. Should be able to work closely with technical &
sales teams to help design & contribute to innovative solutions based

A thorough understating of GIS concepts along with hands-on experience
of ESRI web and desktop software is essential. Exposure to other GIS

person must be a self-starter, with strong analytical, management and
documentation skills.

Experience -5-10 years to include technology and pre-sales

Educational-MBA+ B.E/ B.Tech/Diploma

Technical skills Essential - should have technical experience of
having worked for large international geospatial organizations/clients
with sound techno-commercial skills especially in the pre-sales and
technical marketing arena.

Arc GIS Server, Arc Map (Arc Info/Arc Editor/Arc View), Arc GIS Mobile
& other extensions. Experience of other GIS software platforms is a
plus. Must be able to create quality proposal documentation and
experience with MS Office would be required.

Soft skills/competencies: Essential excellent written, verbal &
presentation skills. Excellent inter-personal skills required since
the person is expected to work closely closely with internal technical
& management teams.
