Appreciate knowing about LIDAR software that can extract feature data.

I'm aware of the excellent LIDAR Analyst by VLS.

Are there any other products out there?

I think you can use GRASS to somewhat manage lidar data, including
feature extraction, though I have never attempted it.

QCoherent makes a great lidar extension.

This works in ArcMap. It is really fast at drawing lidar points.

There is a free 30 trial evaluation
