CPS, Inc. is developing a pool of qualified Information Technology and
Computer Science candidates for potential upcoming staff augmentation
openings at to the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in response to ORNL's
recent proposal submission. (Work will be pending contract award.)
Due to the rapidly changing needs and technology, ORNL often has the
need to "rapidly" acquire the services of experienced IT/CS
professionals with specialized skills to augment their existing staff.
The potential positions may support various Information Technology/
Computer Science areas. The types of skills required are expected to
run the full gamut of IT/CS services; however, primarily ORNL and CPS
are interested in obtaining "experienced" personnel.
Some examples of personnel that may be required include:
Applications Programmer(s)
Applications Administrator(s)
Web Programmer(s)
Web site designer(s)
Database programmer(s)
Database Architect(s)
Database administrator(s),
Systems programmer(s),

System Administrator(s)
Systems Engineer(s)
Systems Architect(s),
Computer I/O Systems Engineer(s)
Desktop Support Analyst(s)
Cyber Security Specialist(s)

It is anticipated that these would be temporary, short-term
assignments (lasting up to one year). After six months of full-time
work, temporary staff "may be" offered full-time employment.
Recruiting for these various potential openings will run from 2010 to
1/31/2013 based on ORNL's needs and contract award to CPS.
