Here you have the formula to convert Gauss-Krüger coordinates to geodetic
coordinates:

You may have to make the datum conversion too. You find the formula from my
article below. This article describes conversion of Finnish coordinate
systems, but the conversion process and formulas are general;

If you are not programming the conversion yourself, you can use e.g.
GeoConv, a freeware program written by me;
