Hi
I need information about different file formats (Raster and Vector)
about their compatibility in main GIS software.
for example
Shp. (ArcGIS, MapInfo, AutoCAD Map 2007)
Dwg (AutoCAD Map 2007)
Do you know some article, publication, text?????

No, but pretty well everything reads shapefiles; very few things read
dwg. Shapefiles have been publicly document4d by ESRI; dwg files are
(I think) proprietary.
ESRI (ArcGIS and the shapefile format) have a majority share of the
GIS market, I think.
