I'm looking for county boundary info for England, Wales, Scotland, N.
Ireland and Ireland. Can anyone suggest a source?

I am afraid that current county boundaries are probably not available
free of charge. You may be able to find historic data free of charge.

Can you work with a raster image? If so, then the OS have some that
you can download for free, though only up till 1995 -
