Does anyone know if Earth Resource Mapping LTD is still around? I
know they were being sued by Lizard Tech and the University of
California back in 2005. I suspect the lawsuit may have killed the
company. Does anyone know? Also does anyone know if their product ER
Mapper is still available?

http://www.xyzmaps.com/er_mapper.htm and they still seem to be selling
it, but they are in the UK.

http://www.gisuser.com/content/view/10784/ is from this month and
shows that ermapper.com is still an active website, with a product
offering from them.

so who knows...
