Hello,

My name is Gerald Smith and I am a graduate student conducting
research on geographic-information requirements for all people
impacted by any type of disaster. A disaster is an event that may
cause injuries, fatalities, and damage to infrastructure, property,
and/or the environment. The magnitude of a disaster event is greater
than routine emergencies and often overwhelms local agencies.
Disasters may be caused by natural hazards as well as pollution,
infectious diseases, transportation accidents, conflict, terrorism,
etc.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance. If you have experienced a
disaster event, please spare a few minutes to complete a short survey
regarding your experience. The survey is safe, secure, and anonymous
as no contact information is required. Please open the survey by
clicking this link:

Thank you for your consideration and time!

Sincerely,

Gerald Smith
