Digital Parcel Mapping - URISA

Hello,

Just a quick question to see if anyone has a pdf copy of the book/
manual:

Digital Parcel Mapping Handbook - Edited By Karen Parrish

as featured on URISA website. I am trying to implement a method on
digital parcel mapping using Map 3D 2008. I think is manual will help
give me some insight. I can't seem to download it with my membership.
