Dead MapSrv.exe process (GeoMedia WebMap 06.00.35.02)

Hello,

Maybe anyone has the same problem: sometimes a dead MapSrv.exe process
persists and is not killed by MapSrvMngr.exe (in my case there is 8
processes). The MapSrvMngr.exe is trying to use this process and it
returns an error. Then GWMLog is empty. In case the request is
processed by other MapSrv.exe everything is ok. The dead process has
the same (low) value of Memory usage and Peak memory usage.

The only way is to restart GeoMedia WebMap service and kill the
process manually.

I will appreciate any suggestions.
