Create maps in GeoMedia 5.0

Hello,

I'm used to work with ARCGIS but now I'm trying to install GeoMedia 5.0. Is
there anybody who knows how to install maps with GeoMedia? I can't find it
in the manual (I guess it's there but I don't understand it).

John,

Not sure what you mean by 'install maps' but if you want to access data
then you have to set up a warehouse connection once you've opened a
geoworkspace. You can select they type of connection that you want but
htis will depend on how your digital data is stored (in your case ESRI
shapefiles?). Once you have a connection to your digital data you can
then map the data by clicking on the 'add feature class' button.
