Coordinate conversion for VBA

Hello,
I'm looking for a free (or cheap) coordinate conversion dll for using with
VBA.
At the moment I just want to convert latitude-longitude coordinates toward
French Lambert 2 Extended coordinates system.
Just inside an Excel sheet.

I wouldn't have to rebuild the formulas... and test them !
Nor buy and learn an heavy software.

Proj.4 offers precompiled dlls and even a VB wrapper for all kinds of
coordination transforms.
