Hey,

I was looking at a subdivision map and I noticed something weird. It
had the regular coordinates however they were in W43 26.4234'
E150.10'. What is the E150.1'?

Thanks

Probably ought to read something more like
N 43 26.4234 E 150.10'

The bearing from one point to the next is 43 degrees, 26.4234 minutes
clockwise (or "toward the East") from North, and the distance is
150.10 feet.
