Would anyone can show me step-by-step how to measure area in ArcView 9.1
version. I only find ArcPad provides a Free Drawing Tool for measuring area!

Go to ArcGIS Help, Desktop Help and Sample VBA code: there you will find
a script to calculate the area of selected polygons.

Alternatively, if you have Workstation and Coverage Tools, use Feature
Class to Coverage and the polygon coverage attribute table will have the
values you want.

program) follow the instructions and it works perfectly.

I used this all the time but now i have arcgis 9.2 and this script or
code is built in it so no need to use now but good to know.
