ArcInfo coverage -> ArcView shape

Good morning,
I am looking for a (free?) tool to convert ArcInfo coverage to ArcInfo shape
files.

I you are using ArcView there is no problem..
Open the coverage in ArcView and use Theme - Convert to Shapefile
