Can anyone suggest an easy way to get the coordinates of a Placemark in
Google Earth to a Waypoint in Mapsource?

thanks

If all else fails you can do it manually:
Write the coordinates on a piece of scratch paper
Open Mapsource
Use <Ctrl>W shortcut to create a waypoint
Enter the coordinates in the "Placement" box of the waypoint creation
window
Click "OK"

Multitask --
Open Google Earth
Minimize Google Earth
Open Mapsource
Use <Alt><Tab> to reopen Google -- look at coordinates
Use <Alt><Tab> to open Mapsource
Follow original instructions to open Waypoint Creation window
Go back and forth between applications as necessary until you have
copied coordinates from one application to the other

not without much changing of lat/long as GE and MS use different format.
Coordinates in MS must be written like N40 40.873 E14 45.299 - exactly with
spaces etc. - there are 4 different ways of formatting coordinates in GE -
but not that one!

OK, OK not a big deal but would be easy to fix!?

Garmin? or Google?

cheers
