Hi,
I got my garmin 60sx and i've been enjoying playing around wiht it. it
came with city navigator north America 2010. So i'm testing it out,
and i go to find, transportation, and seeing as how i'm in calgary i
want to find the airport, but it doesn't list it under transportation.
Am i doing something wrong here? Can the software really be so poor
that it doesn't have the airport listed for a city of a million people?

very strange - my 76CSx found it under transportation - no problem...
not quite sure why a 60 wouldn't

I found the same "problem" on my Vista HCx and found that it wasn't a
problem. In a large city area you have to "change the reference" to the
approximate location of the airport, and you'll see it.
Think about it. The unit can only contain so many POIs at a time, and it
does for a specific locale where the current "reference" is. For example, I
couldn't find a specific airport in Baltimore, MD, because my reference was
in the north area of the city. When I changed it further south, it came up.
Hope that was clear enough....

the problem was i just clicked on travel, and looked in that list, i
didn't realize you have to lick menu when in travel so that you can
specify air travel. then it works.
