The largest capacity SD cards sold by Garmin for nuvi 350 seem to be
512 MB ones. However, with the price of 2 GB cards in the $70 range,
I'm thinking of getting one--and loading my US Topo 100K and other
stuff (mp3, pictures) on such a card.
I have two questions:
1. can nuvi 350 address all the space on such a card? It's a USB 2.0
link, but who knows...
2. how to load MapSource maps that are spanning 2-3 CDs, such as US
Topo 100K series, or BOTH US Topo 100K East and US Topo 24K National
Parks East, also coming on several CDs, in a single transfer session?

Garmin told me there was no size limit on the memory cards for the nuvi
however I don't know from personal experience nor have I heard of anyone
using a 2GB card yet on the nuvi.

I'm using a 2GB Lexar card on my Nuvi 350.
I've put a few hundred megs of files onto it but not
to capacity yet. I have no problems so far playing
the MP3's on the card but I don't have any additional
maps to load onto it yet.
