I bought an etrex H today. Distance, speed etc. are displayed in miles. Ik
want to have it displayed in meters/ kilometers.
Ho do I change my settings?

But which unit shall ik choose? There are a lot: WGS 84, Tokyo, Zanderij,
Tristan Ast and a lot more I don't understand

You said you wanted to change the units, not the map datum.

So, don't mess with the map datum.
