I ordered a 2008 Map update on November 10, 2007. They claimed they
finally shipped it on December 22, 2007. It is now January 4, 2008 and
still no map update. They claim they shipped it UPS ground. Now excuse
me, but I did a lot of online ordering before the holidays and with all the
other retailers who shipped UPS ground (and even those who shipped US
Postal Service) I got the order within a week. What is it with Garmin?

and I received THREE separate 2008 DVD's in the mail in October! Gave two
away.

With the poor way they've handled my order, this wouldn't surprise me at
all.

And to add insult to injury, the update is available from other sources such
as tvnav at a slightly reduced price.
