As a Yank, and used to driving on the other side, I have to say just
*looking* at it makes my heart palpitate.

OTOH, I probably couldn't navigate the mirror image very calmly if it were
transplanted here :-)

I was once used to rotaries, but I left New England over 40 years ago...

It's very easy for me to lock onto the wrong side of the road coming out of
one of these things. The right/left distinction usually doesn't bother me
much, but there's something about coming out of even an ordinary roundabout
that I find disorienting.
