Track elevation change statistics. Please recommend software

Hello everyone,

I would like to know total elevation change and accend grade on my bike
trails (and more :-). Unfortunately MapSource does little but show profile
and let you see difference between two point on the chart. I wonder if you
can suggest some better software to produce nicer reports on elevation
change, grades etc from Garmin or GPX files

Thanks works well. I sent them a suggestion to add a graph of climb rate as
function of time/distance - would be very helpful for cyclists

Even though I do not speak German, tried it. Certainly a nice program but
the language barrier makes it difficult to use. I vish it were
internationalized :-)
