Hi NG!

is there any way to translate NMEA Data from a GPS Mouse to Garmin Protcol?
I want to use a GPS mouse (which only use NMEA) with Garmin nRoute.

Even if something like that existed, it wouldn't work, because the Garmin
protocol also transmits the serial number.
Because the maps are locked to the serial number, nRoute refuses to unlock
the details.

I have an old Garmin 35(?) mouse which talks nmea, and MapSource won't
recognize it.

My copy of MapSource recognizes NMEA fine. That is all I use with it.

Which maps? Not all types of maps are locked to the serial number of the
gps.
