no - Steves answer was wrong - at least in the strong sense.

If you load a track to the SD card then this track cannot be displayed nor
used in any other way. SD card tracks are created by the 60CSx only as
backup copies of the current active tracks, in order to be read by the PC
later on.

But you may load the tracks to the internal memory of the 60CSx. This works
as you intend.
