I recall a while ago, I remember you posting a nice writeup of your
settings. A friend of mine just picked up a 76csx and I was looking for
your post to send him as a starting point but can't locate it. If you
still have it and could re-post or mail it to me I'd appreciate it.

Data Card Setup
Log Track To Data Card = checked (always!!)
All track data will be logged to data card as long as there is free
space on the card. Data is saved to one *.gpx file for each day, file
will contain segments for each power on and no fix to fix transition.
To view *.gpx files you have to open them from MapSource with GPS in
Mass Storage Mode (or copy files from microSD card and use a third party
application to open the file).
Compass Page
Data Fields (4 Data Fields normally displayed)

Thanks Jack. I'll be danged if I could find it.... Agreed that it's
great for the basic functions and will pass it on to him.
You could probably market it as a primer if it wasn't for the "dumming
down" of new models :-(
