My Nuvi 765T comes with FM Traffic.

Is the cable that comes with it compatible to receive MSN Direct (with
subscription of course)?

Thanks

You'll need a different cable. Basically, the 765T and 785T are almost
exactly the same thing, save that the 765T comes with an FM traffic
cable/antenna, and the 785T came with the MSN Direct one. (775T is 765T
with transatlantic maps, 755T is 765T without bluetooth. otherwise,
they're pretty much the same.)

Oh, and don't forget MSN Direct is Going Away two years from now.

The answer is YES and NO

1. NO, if your unit comes with FM Traffic adapter then FM Traffic is the
only service you can get.

2. If there is MSN Traffic adapter available for your unit, then you should
be able to use MSN Traffic with the MSN Traffic adapter/reciever.

But the adapter is very expensive. I don't know how much it costs lately,
but few years ago I looked for the price and they were pretty close to $200
or so.

If the Garmin website is any indication, they're not even selling them
any more.
