Nuvi 660 w/ multiple text boxes on Favorites > view maps

Hello and thanks. When I save a location to Favorites and name it (for
example) "General Store" I'm ok. Then later if I want to travel to the
"General Store" I click favorites then view map and "General Store" is in the
text box but the appears to be at least two more text boxes stacked underneath
in smaller fonts. Garmin didn't seem to understand but wrote I should just do
a master reset! Any ideas? What work is involved recovering from the master
reset?

When you create a Favorite at the same location an existing POI is
located, the text from both show up stacked if you are zoomed in
enough to see POIs on the map. Try this: zoom out until you don't
see any other POIs, (they only show up when you are zoomed in to a
certain point), and see if this eliminates the stacked text boxes. If
it does, that is what is going on.
