Nuvi 350 won't take 2 roads

Looking for 185 cooper lake road woodstock NY Can't find.Next nearest
road is wittenberg road can't find??? The actual address is a long time
bed and breakfast.Why can't this thing find either one???

thanks Frank,how can the Inn use the woodstock ny address when they
aren't there?? Also my unit now isn't giving an option to choose a
via??? is there a setting or an enable that needs to be done to get it
to gicve me the option again??
