what's your question ?

Does it support a micro card - No,
it's a full size SD card, or a micro using the full size adapter

Does it support over 2GB - which is the SDHC standard -
yes -

ps56k,

My Nuvi 260 only supports a Micro card.. It is not a full size SD or a
micro using a full size adapter. The card slot on the side can only take a
Micro card. My question was "can I use a Micro SDHC card, either 4 or 8
GB"?

weird -
My 260 - holding in my hand - reading the printed label along the bottom
edge "Nuvi 260"
and it's a full SD Card... as per the Garmin website and my own physical GPS
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=164&pID=37417#specsTab

anything supporting the SDHC will support sizes over 2GB..
just like a disk, so 4GB and 8GB are fine.
