Yes they do!
It is called a Base map and it is reasonably good-- for starters
You will then want to add your desired maps (i.e. where the $$ comers in)

Does the BASE map of 76 or 60 any different than the BASE map of other GPS
like StreetPilot, Nuvi etc?? I guess since it's designed specific for
hiking, biking etc. then the base map may have more data of the dirt road
instead of main hi-ways like GPS for automobile which is pretty mush useless
even for driving (ok for main hi-ways but not for street address).

I don't really know about trails, etc., but I suspect base maps would be
very limited in specialized areas such as trails, marine et al.
Bet the ranch there is no topography

If its base map is same or similar to other Garmin GPSes like StreetPilot,
Nuvi etc.. then I don't think it has anything but the main hi-ways and most
main streets.
Here, I started with the MONO Garmin GPS which has built-in 16M of memory,
so when I went out of town or state I had to upload different BLOCKs (of map
or region) to internal memory.
Or without the street address map, it's pretty much like PAPER MAP of
state *not* city, or it's almost useless in city. Or you may have hard time
to find the way to a near by hi-way.
