I am traveling to Australia for 2 weeks and I have the software, but I
need the unlock code to install it. Does anyone have the code?

I am sure Garmin will provide the code the code when you go through the
correct procedure and purchase it like everybody else.

Hmm, 320usd for 2 weeks usage?
Seems screwed up to me.
320usd might nearly cover the costs of a rental car with gps.

If you email me I can provide the email contact of a "Garmin" specialist
who can provide a 10 fully working key for your Map.. He sent me one
recently so I could try out Version 7 and then after it expired he offered
me a price for a permanent key at about 50% discount off Garmins price.
For me the City navigator V7 was not worth $20 over my existing V6 as there
were very little improvements and all the major errors were still there!!!

If you "email" me I will give you the email contact of a "Garmin
specialist" who can provide you a 10 day fully working trial key for your
Map..
He provided me with one recently so I could try out Version 7. After it
expired he offered a price for a permanent key at about 50% discount off
Garmins price.
In my view City Navigator Australia V7 was not worth more than a few
dollars over my existing V6 as there were very little improvements and all
the major errors were still there!!!
