I hate this thing sometimes.I tried every way I could think of to put
Sugarloaf NY into the thing and it couldn't find it.As soon as I got sug
in it said searching cities. There is also a town called sugar something
so there are 2 towns in NY with the Sug start and neither show upThen to
get close I put in a town near that was on a MAJOR road #28 that cuts a
big path throuh NY, that is shown as #28 on every NY map I have and it
wouldn't find it.Why is so often a town or major rt isn't easy to find
or upload into this thing.

The OP appears to be right about this. Sugar Loaf, along with Sugarbush,
(and, yes, Sugartown) does exist in my NY Atlas and Gazetteer, but not in
the 350's maps. My 350's 2008 maps do, however, have other dinky no-nothing
towns in my area in NY that don't really exist. So in some cases they're in,
in some cases they're not.

With results from a Google search, I found that Google Maps will locate
it at: 1371 kings highway sugar loaf NY (This is the Sugar Loaf
Chamber of Commerce.)
Further, you can find it on the Nuvi 350 if you enter the address as
1371 kings highway in Chester NY. Showing the map for that address, the
words, SUGAR LOAF, show up directly above 1371 Kings Hwy.
Apparently Sugar Loaf is some kind of artists community near or
associated with Chester.

Maybe there is no town with that name. It may be a feature in town
with another name. I also could not find it on Google Maps.
Sugar Loaf is 2 words!
