NUVI 500 on my bicycle

I previously used a Quest 1 on my bicycle. For a few reasons discussed
under a subject about NUVI for a snowmobile
I have used the NUVI 500 on my bicycle for about a week. I register it
today and found a time limit on a free map upgrade download or
available on disk for ten dollars US. I also read the FAQ for the
NUVI 500 and found the answer to all of my questions. I have posted

Like the 10000 way point is extended to the SD card when the memory
get full, that the ETA for trip is learned from your driving habits,
