My 2610 has a baseplate that is attached to the unit with pins on the
front and rear. They look like the pins that tie a watch and watch
band together, only larger. I must have dropped or jarred the unit or
something, and the front pin is now missing. It's still pretty usable
even without it, but it's a lot more annoying to carry in and out of
the car.
Short of going through a full Garmin repair process, anyone know how I
might be able to get a replacement?
Thanks,

Maybe you could find another unit (even non-working) cheap on
e-bay and scavenge the part from it?
