Someone on this board mentioned that you get Mapsource with the purchase
of a Garmin Unit. When I go to the website to download Mapsource, it
tells me that I have to have a previous version already installed. So,
what's the deal?

Sorry to "butt in", but I also have the same question. So if I install this,
I will be able to download the current version of Mapsource and use it?

MapSource *is* delivered together with the unit, but please note that it
is only a "framework" program for the mapping software, i.e.
CityNavigator Europe NT 2009.
