I recently update my firmware on my GPSmap 60Cx to version 3.60 via the
Garmin WebUpdater. Now, my maps that I had loaded and anytime I try to
upload any new maps, nothing shows up.

Any advice?

It may have reset the settings to the defaults and or simply changed the
settings. If your maps are still on the card you may just need to turn
them on for display. Try:

Menu > Setup Map > Enter

Cursor to select the Map Info icon ("i" in circle), you'll see one map
there (or the Marine Points Database) with a check box. Don't do
anything with that, simply press Menu again.

That will bring up the menu with a list of all available maps and the
choices to Show (turn them on) or Hide (turn the off).

The Base Map and Marine Points data base can be left on at all times,
any other maps turned on will simply display over those map.

If your maps are there and in the Show mode (turned off) simply turn
them on by selecting them and pressing enter. There will be a slight
delay as the maps are turned on.

If you have more than one kind of supplemental map available, there will
be a hierarchy for display and only the topmost mapping in that order
will be seen when two or more are turned on. The sequence, top to
bottom, is something like City Navigator, BlueChart, U.S. Topo, etc.

On my 76Cx I have the base map, marine points, City Navigator,
BlueChart, and U.S. Topo maps. I use City Navigator and BlueChart the
most and can leave all of the maps on (listed as Hide...) and simply
turning the City Navigator maps on and off display the BlueChart maps.
If I want to see the topo maps, I turn off both CN and BC.

If you don't see your maps listed on the Map Info Show/Hide menu, here
is how you can see if your microSD card is still working OK and still
has maps on it.

Turn the GPS off, and remove the card. Then power back up and check the
Map Info menu. Nothing will be seen except the base map and marine
points. Then power off again and put the microSD card back and power up
again. This time there should be some delay as the GPS reads the maps
from the card at startup and you'll see a banner displaying the progress
as percentage bar.

If you still don't see any supplemental mapping, you probably need to
upload your maps to the card again.
