What you are looking for is hits on the site not beta testers.
This is spam.

Obviously, since there's nothing on his site to even look at right

Oh...
Yes, the site has opened today...
So yes, this is the beginning...
my other site http://www.tomtomheaven.com had only one voice at the
beginning and silly people that did not consider us at the beginning just
eat their bollocks now...Just wait, you will do the same...

Regards,
Cyph

Not really. Your whole concept is flawed. Majorly flawed. Your incentive
program for positive-only postings is going to attract nothing but
addle-brained teenagers who will say anything to get what they want, but
more likely just to make a fool out of you, as a form of entertainment.
Nothing on any of your sites now having any sense of credibility.

Just like the dismal failure of Flickr's foolish little-girls' popularity
contest. Where the direst dregs of the snapshot world get high praises and
awards from those who are the most talentless, insecure, and desperate for
attention, and who also have the most time or best "praise scripts" on
their hands. Done so that those that do the praising will get more hits on
their own dismally shameful displays of digital-vomit. In the end the only
thing that's left is the smelliest and most fermented of the crap floating
to the top, for all the world to visually "enjoy".

In a way this is not too different than how Google spits back ignorance and
garbage on its first few pages of hits. Those who are the most easily
convinced and have the laziest of minds will always accept the first
"sounds plausible" explanation that they run across. Clicking on those
links and ending their search there, bringing those URLs to the top of
Google's bullshit-floating popularity-hits sort-order contest. The internet
has not become the fastest way to spread genuine knowledge, it's become the
fastest way to make bullshit believable to the most ignorant and stupid.
