Loading data from Google Earth / Google Maps?

Hi All - I can see how to use the Garmin Communicator plugin to load
data from Google maps, but only one location at a time and I have to
actually search for each location one by one and transfer it over to
the GPS one by one. Is there any way to go to a "My Map" in google
maps, or something similar in Google Earth, and transfer everything
over in one shot (even if need to expprt to a GPX file first - I don't
see how to do that either). Thanks in advance for any help!
