Jack doesn't know right from left

I have a nuvi 265WT. Just recently, sometimes Jack tells me to turn left
when the GPS graphics correctly show to turn right. This has happened on
several occasions during this past week. I have all the latest firmware
updates. Has anybody experienced this new "feature"?

To be serious for a moment - I have fairly recently seen other posts
mentioning such errors, but sadly I don't recall where (maybe it was even
on a non-Garmin group).
