Must be, they don't respond to support requests via either email
or telephone. I'm getting really pissed. I think I'll go to
badbusinessbureau.com and ripoffreport.com and file a report.

I agree, really pissy customer support!
I'm still waiting for them to reply about a warranty issue two months ago!

Doesn't matter, phone or e-mail they offer little help.

I've tried to contact them a number of times, I think I was successful once.

I contacted them just before the new map upgrade hit the streets and had no
problem. My guess is that the new map is overwhelming them for a month or
two until people get it installed. .
