Garmin Topo Maps

I have been looking at a friends Garmin Top Map program. It looks like the
best detail offered is 100K maps. Is it possible to load standard 7.5 minute
topo maps into a garmin? If so what do you use? 7.5 minute maps are either
25k or 24k maps
