Garmin StreetPilot GPS, need programming cable.
Bought a Garmin Street pilot at an estate sale.
It has Seattle maps in it.
I have the Portland, Oregon maps, but no way to put them
in.
The garmin uses a proprietary flash card reader
for their map storage card. To install the maps,
you need the cardreader gizmo.
Need to beg/borrow/buy the card reader/writer.
Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
I'm in Portland, Oregon.
Thanks, mike

That's a real antique, hope you didn't pay too much for it.
The readers/burners can be found on eBay pretty cheap, around $30 or so
I think. For the price of having one mailed to you and then you
mailing it back, you could probably own one.
I have one and have used it for the GPSMAP 188 I use in my boat. Be
careful if you decide to look at the newer bigger Garmin Data Cards.
The card can be expensive as hell because they are getting hard to find
and the "big" (and grossly expensive) 512 MB cards have some limitations
as far as which models they will work with. Garmin supports none of it
any more and either can't or won't tell you much about it.

There should be hundreds of these in PDX area. Shouldn't need to ship.
Just a matter of finding one and driving over there.
