Garmin GPSmap60c help hacking keygen?

Is there any way at all of doing this?
I mean, I know there is got to be some one that knows of a way around the
serial number issue?
I feel that I have already paid enough for the unit$ and now more to run it?
I know the each unit has its own special code, but how do you figure it out?
Is there no other way but to get it solely from Garmin?
and if at all possible could I use someone's number to unlock a second
unit?( my Unit?)

Your unit should run fine even without maps, if it is defective adding
maps will not fix it you should return it to Garmin.
The 60C does have a basemap that you get completely free.
What I find strange, did you not know (detailed) maps cost money when
you bought the 60C?

You probably also think it is unfair of Apple to sell iPods and then
dare to charge you for every song?

Your unit will work with all maps you made by yourself...

It's nice that since YOU have decided you've paid enough for something then
it's ok to steal something? Since I've paid enough for my car then it's ok
to steal the accessories? It's amazing how people can rationalize theft.
