I have been using my etrex legend HCX for trips and local driving. I
have it updated to 2010 maps and it works great. I just bought a new
Toyota Sequoia without the nav and found a little place just asking
for a gps to be installed.

In the over head compartment there is a flip down sun glass holder and
right behind it is a flip down "conversation mirror which is really
lame. I removed the mirror and there is plenty of room to install a
Garmin. I found what I believe is a old model 855 for sale new at
$189 and it is voice controlled which is a must.

Ok after all that blah blah my questions are, will my City Navigator
install into the 855 if it has the 2009 CN in it and is that voice
controlled model considered a good one?

Thanks

Such a nice post. Pity you didn't share what color and trim line
Sequoia, the dealer where you got it, what kind of shoes the salesman
was wearing, who you like in the playoffs next weekiend and your
favorite breakfast cereal...

All one needs to do is to Google trench@fbachus.net or just
@fbachus.net and search for trencherman and you will see what an idiot
this guy is. All he does it to make stupid comments on others post.

did. Your business card says Product Development
Director, I say that is a bunch of hooey! What a looser

If it is 'for sale new', then you will be offered a free map
update [if one is available] when you register it, assuming you
do so within sixty days of the first fix. See
