One field I am using on my Garmin 76S is the "Average Ascent". Does
anybody know which is the refresh-rate for displaying this value ? Is
there a way to set a refresh rate to a particular value ?

On the two gps I have, the refresh rate is 1s. And I have no way to
change this.
