Using a cell phone while driving in NY has been illegal for years. I've
seen any kind of cop you can name following *immediately* behind someone
with a cellphone stuck to their ear, multiple times almost weekly. I
have *never* seen anyone pulled over.

Go to

and go to "GPS mounts" in the wizard, enter your GPSMAP 70 CSX, and be prepared
to be staggered by your mounting options. Reasonably priced, too.
