This update also fixes the "screen fading and shutdown while route
calculating" bug introduced with 3.90 but never ackonwloedged by
Garmin.

Me too.
I even sent the device to Garmin Austria.
They told me I could buy a new device for a "repair exchange" price of
160 EUR. In the meantime I had found that 3.90 was the problem, so the
device was sent back to me. After installing 3.70 the problem was
gone.
And after trying 4.00 the problem did not happen again.

Until now there was no response from Garmin Austria about this
situation and about the 160 EUR I would have paid for a broken Garmin
firmware.
