Just made a short and hastened trip to a destination I "almost" knew the way
to... After some frustrating seconds of searching first "Recent" then
"Favorite" places, I gave up, but left it on "Favorites" as I negotiated
traffic. (I have over 3 years of Favorites and Recents stored.)
FYI, my G C340, when in motion, rearranges the displayed Recent or Favorite
cue to place the "nearest" first on top with distance stated and arrows
pointing to their direction.
Then I realized that if I just left it in that mode as I traveled in
"generally" the right direction, sooner or later my desired destination will
show in the cue displayed.
Sure enough, still a few minutes away, I spotted it in the middle of the
displayed cue.
I selected it, then leisurely drove a clean easy approach, turn and park,
with no glitches...
Way to go!
Ange
NB: Just got trifocals... The middle lens is GREAT for reading the C340
display on the fly.
